Delivery & Tracking

We ship across the UK using trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri).
Estimated timeframes

• Standard UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Express UK: 1–2 working days after dispatch

• International: 5–15 working days (destination-dependent)

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all tracked services and may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. You can follow your parcel on the carrier's website.

Missed delivery
If delivery isn't possible, the carrier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot/collection point. Parcels are typically held for around 7 days before being returned.
