Refunds , Exchanges & Returns

We follow UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015).


Change of mind (online orders)

• You have 14 days from delivery to notify us you’d like to cancel/return for a refund.


• Please return items within 14 days of notifying us, in original condition with tags/packaging.


• Some items are excluded (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive goods) unless faulty.


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


• Once confirmed, you can choose:

• A full refund,
• A replacement, or
• An exchange of similar value.
• For confirmed faults or picking errors, we’ll cover reasonable return postage.


Sizing/fit

• For non-faulty items, returns are accepted under the 14-day cooling-off period above. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Processing time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 working days of receiving and checking your return.
